DJ Charz

Dj Charz (Charly Steinau) was born in Salida, CO. She shares a rowdy household with her parents, sister and dog, Poe. Her roommates directly influence her fun and old timey funk, and rock music style. She thought KHEN was just for old hippies until her co-host Hazel convinced her it was, but they were all cool. Charlie has been to more Phish shows than you have. When asked about becoming a KHEN DJ, she replied “This can’t wait till I'm old, can’t I live while I'm young?”
